Mr Garcia, Thank you for putting the effort into your Loyalty Matrix series. It has stirred an epiphany within me that I have long been searching for. After years of only caring about money and being on “autopilot” the majority of the time doing only what was necessary for survival, I had put myself in a “funk”, a depression of always being tired, having no focus and no passion for life. It has started affecting my relationship with my wife and children.
However, when I was watching your last video of the series, Applications, I realized that I have lost my identity. I forgot who I am. With your discussion of the self method I now have the knowledge of how I got where I am and how to fix the issue and become the person that I want to be again. Thank you so much!!! Yes the loyalty matrix has helped immensely in both my personal and professional life. It’s focused my attention professionally and made the daily grind of work not only manageable but directed with a clear cause. Personally my little tribe (spouse included) has used the matrix to understand closed loyalty effectively shedding “excess baggage” (fake friendships), creating our own rituals and (as we speak) having another child. Focus in my life has just amplified, direction has crystallized. I almost can’t express the value the matrix has had in my life. Lifetime evangelist and member over here. Next time I’m in the Bronx (last there in 2013) I’ll be visiting my TPP tribe.

I believe the Loyalty Matrix alone is worth the (money) you can pay for a membership. This video-series was just eye opening and it wasn’t even controversial or somehow difficult to digest, it just made the puzzle-peaces come together and helped me order the connections in my life. I can definitely see how it would not only help me in private connections but also in starting a business.

About the ‘Loyalty Matrix’, I can tell you that it was valuable for me because:
– It helped me to clearly trace a boundary in any group that I belong and;
– Figure out who is in or out of that group and why;
– create routines to maintain and identify the group;
– Define the hierarchy inside the group;
– Establish compromises with other different groups when common interests come in to play.

I have reviewed this Matrix series several times. Every time I pick up something new or it strengthens a thought or decision. This is a very insightful tool for sticking points in life, or defining one’s identity or purpose.

I am currently on the last episode of the Loyalty Matrix and have found it insanely helpful alongside going through a lot of older episodes, both ones I have listened to before and others that I haven’t listened to. It’s added a whole other level to the Podcasts themselves.
Personally though it has helped me to identify those around me that are congruent with the identity that I am forging along with my brother and has started bigger things rolling forward for the both of us.
